Are you looking for individual training? Perhaps you want to heighten your skill-set for an upcoming tryout, or are looking to improve during competition season?

All offerings of our team-based private clinics can be provided through individual training as well! Current team members will work with you one-on-one with a focus on the training and skills you are hoping to improve upon. Trainings are tailored to your specific needs for concentrated growth.

  • Kickline  – form, height, execution, power
  • Muscular endurance training
  • Jumps – height, flexibility, execution
  • How to positively receive and constructively give critiques
  • Existing routine / performance cleaning
  • Concentration on posture, showmanship, elevated performance quality
  • One-on-one time with a member of MSU Pompon!

Unable to schedule an in-person session? We also offer VIDEO CRITIQUES!

Send us a video of your performance (individual preferred over team) and current team members or coaches will provide detailed feedback complete with tips and tricks on how to improve on thematic problem areas. Please email MSU Pompon for pricing on video critiques!
