MSU Pompon relies on our Big & Little Sister program to effectively welcome new team members by pairing them up with a returning member. This relationship provides each new member with one special person to turn to for questions and advice as they become more comfortable as a member of the team.

Big & Little Sister program activities are organized by the Team Relations Coordinator.
